Green tea is said to have anti oxidants, reducing blood pressure, improves metabolism, gut health.

To brew: Add a heaped tea spoon of tea into a 12oz cup. Leave for 3-7 min to release the flavour and nutrients.

Keep it fresh: Store your tea away from direct sunlight in an air tight container.
